I feel lighter walking around and my I'm using a new hole in my belt. I have a dumbell weight I lift every day so I know what 30 pounds feels like as extra weight.
110.0 kg Lost so far: 6.6 kg.    Still to go: 14.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 1.4 kg a Week
