Trying to get out to do more walking/jogging. Finding exercise that doesn't aggravate my shoulder is difficult, but I keep telling myself I have to keep at it if I want to get anywhere!
105.0 kg Lost so far: 29.3 kg.    Still to go: 16.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 0.8 kg a Week
