Well, I sure didn't expect a pound drop after last night's eating frenzy. So woohoo! However, I missed my Christmas challenge weight by one stinking pound. Oh well, maybe I can lose that one pound by the end of this year. That would work for me. I'm pretty sick at my stomach this morning from all the over indulgence. But that's a good thing. It will remind me to eat in moderation and not fall back into those stupid old patterns which cause much misery afterwards. It's all good!
