probably just water loss as I flushed my system out, but it's still down and that was an awesome thing!! I had even ate breakfast before doing the weigh in.
MERRY CHRISTMAS one and all!!
60.2 kg Lost so far: 1.0 kg.    Still to go: 3.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
