Wowsters! big jump upward. But that happens when you go away for 2 days on a mini-vacation to the beach!! We ate out so much. I had the perch dinner Wed night which was pan-fried and not beer battered and deep fried but I also had the cheese curds that were beer battered and deep fried!! Sigh.
One a better note, I've been reading other buddies' journals and I need to get real with myself and record every thing I eat whether I like it or not. The only thing is I have this tiny voice in the back of my head that's laughing hysterically saying why would you do that now, wait until summer is over! More sighs!
I did pack my lunch today and I did to a workout at lunch. Like I was saying to my friend at work and workout buddy, we need to work out 4 to 5 times a week consistently and it seems like lately all we've been doing is 2 days a week. I try to go home at night and do something. Sometimes I do and sometimes I don't.
