As expected, I gained a few pounds. The wife and I ate at Outback, while I was relatively good, I could have done it better. Ordered side salad with the low fat tangy tomato dressing (should have asked for no cheese or croutons), chicken on the barbie (only ate half and used little sauce), steamed veggies (should have asked without butter), 22oz beer (should have went with the small one or water), Nutter Butter pie (split because the wife wanted it...should have had her take the other half home...or just leave it on the table).

Even though it would have been more enjoyable with the Alice Springs Chicken and a loaded sweet potato...it still felt good to indulge but not go overboard. Need to work out extra today.
89.1 kg Lost so far: 2.1 kg.    Still to go: 16.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
