1/2 tarde: té y alfajor (+) té y palmeritas
cena: taza de leche, pan y queso crema
94.3 kg Lost so far: 9.2 kg.    Still to go: 14.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 2.1 kg a Week
