Changed my eating to follow the Wahls Protocol. Not that different from the Keto I was following previously. The biggest change is no dairy or eggs. The reason for this change was related to my MS. Lots of studies have shown that eating this way can help to reduce attacks or even heal some of the damage that MS has caused to my body!!!
66.7 kg Lost so far: 16.7 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
