It sure has been a long time since I posted on here. My weight loss journey had to come to an end. My health was going down hill. I have been so sick for 6 months. I really thought I'd never get back to getting in shape of even trying to lose weight for that matter. I can now proudly say I'm feeling 80% better and I'm so looking forward to getting back to where I want to be goal wise..healthy and above all more motivation for me. I am starting Herbalife. My doctor pretty much took away all the good stuff I love to eat so I know Herbalife will help for breakfast and lunch.. :-)
70.8 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 16.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
