This is crazy I need to find a new diet I have been at around this weight and dieting pretty strictly since January and haven't gotten anything. Clearly Atkins isnt' working for weight loss anymore for me. Seeig that I have been at 170's since Jan and really have been fairly good without seeing more than 20 carbs if depressing! Feels like I just failed for 6 months

Any thoughts on switching dieting plans? I was thinking about trying Weight Watchers. I know it won't be as quick to lose weight now but still I need to lose another 20 to 30 pounds to not be obese and I am not getting there!

I took a peek at your food diary, and you seem to do really well keeping the carbs down for 2-3 days, and then go overboard. Keep the carbs under 20, up your healthy fats, and be consistent also try to keep your time consistent. and snack less. Eat only during an 8 hour window each day, and keep it to 3 meals. You will see a change.

I do WW and most people lose when they work it. You can do lower carb on it if you want too. They changed it so you can have more protein for less points. Most fruits and veggies are free, but you have to be careful about going overboard with fruit (still has calories). You can basically eat what you want in moderation, but they are focusing on whole foods and taking care of yourself mentally and physically. I really like their new approach. They also have an app where you can scan grocery points, track your foods and activity and join other members (called "Connect"). They are a great group support. It's worth checking out.
