SO frustrated!!. I've been so busy this summer that I haven't made time to get on here. I do keep a chart of my exercising on my pantry door. I've decided to try and not have any alcoholic drinks for awhile even though I just have about 4 light beers on a Friday night and wonder if I should cut out coffee too even though I do half-caff. I sure wish we could loose weigh by sweating as much as I have this summer since it's been so dang hot out here and in the garden.
70.3 kg Lost so far: 7.2 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Cut out the caffeine and alcohol and amp the water up. Any drink that states "light" do NOT buy and/or get rid of.
