Nice surprise this morning at weigh in. I haven't seen this kind of weekly loss since week number one. Hope it was legit and not a joke my scale played on me!
82.6 kg Lost so far: 10.8 kg.    Still to go: 5.5 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
