bfast - protein smoothie

snack - 1 serving target organic white cheddar popcorn

lunch - small chix salad (same as salad from dinner on 7/22)

snack - large palmful of bacon bits and fried jalapenos (i wanted to eat my face off - tried to find high flavor crunchy foods to satisfy my cravings)

latte with almond milk and 2% milk (less than 1/2 reg milk)

dinner - 1.5 serving chix quinoa casserole over bed of 1C spring mix
(chix, black beans, corn (picked some out) mushroom, onions, bell pepper, greek yogurt w/ 1/2 pkt ranch seasoning mix, 1/2 can chipotle peppers - all mixed together and topped with cheese.

3-4 oz of red wine

1 lactation tea

~85oz of water all day

****did not take 1T of apple cider vinegar before dinner like I should have - need to do that in the future before eating grains, etc


80.1 kg Lost so far: 2.0 kg.    Still to go: 5.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Gaining 2.5 kg a Week
