I'm thinking its time for OWL. I upped my NC yesterday unintentionally and saw a drop today so I'm thinking my body does need more than 20. That's the only thing I can figure since I cheated and still lost.
118.6 kg Lost so far: 19.3 kg.    Still to go: 46.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Glad to read that you are still losing....I can't offer you any advice about OWL as every time I up my carbs to see where I am, I gain....anyways, I presume someone will offer you good advice about OWL who really knows. I just wanted to check in and let you know that I noticed your drop....good for you.
