I can't seem to stop gaining weight!
I cut refined sugar a bit, but I probably did not reduce my portions enough. I also have been eating too much starch, and not enough non-starchy vegetables. I also cannot stop eating nuts and dried fruit! I stopped the treadmill because it gets too hot inside, and the outside temperature is over 40 degrees (I guess around 100 in Fahrenheit) with the "humidex/feels like" factor.
I need to control my portions (difficult), eat more veggies (hard sometimes) and keep on drinking enough water (pretty easy), especially right now since it is my ToM. I should also stop eating out, but this will be a tough one since I am moving out next week and I won't be able to keep too much fresh meat and produce around.
