Doing well – although I am really ready for this week to be over. I stuck to salads yesterday and drank lots of water to help get my salinity back to normal. My workout today went well – but seemed longer than normal for some reason – guess there just wasn’t anything interesting on the radio :-).

I had one of those great little moments on my weight loss journey today: the gym towel wrapped completely around my waist without any gaps. When I first started I had to suck in my gut to just get the ends tucked in and I always felt very embarrassed walking around the locker room. It’s a little thing, but I suppose it is the little things that count in life!
