major set back! stress is not my friend! feeling disappointed and slightly beaten! need to re-adjust thinking patterns because this is getting me no where!
62.1 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 5.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Gaining 3.8 kg a Week

A good way to control stress is walking I do the 10,000 steps a day program have met a lot of people out there and you strike up a conversation making it even easier. This app. and my walking got me back on track.

Another good way to control stress, is to dance. Put on some music you like and just let yourself go! It really does help, sweetie, hope things get better. :-)
