Woohoo! 2 lbs in as many days. Its working!!!

Hi :) I have actually found that I love Atkins, sometimes it gets overwhelming especially with children and time management but when the compliments come flying it is a serious ego boost :) After I got the hang of the "plan" it got easier to make meals that worked out just right. I have made my mistakes but eh who hasn't? lol Good luck with everything and keep up the good work *hugs* ~Missy~
