Wednesday...
Rode 127 miles in the cold weather this week and stayed within my RDI range with Carbohydrate (56%) Fat (24%) Protein (20%)and only lost 1 lb. I really expected to lose more but I really shouldn't complain because the weight did go down :) I just don't get why I have such a hard time losing and I know if I let my guard down for just one bite of something I shouldn't have I will see that pound back again with another one to go with it!! Maybe I need to work on finding the right ratio of fat vs carbs vs protein for my body? And so a new day and a new week to keep moving the scale it the right direction.
75.5 kg Lost so far: 6.2 kg.    Still to go: 9.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I can so relate to what you are saying...this whole year I have been trying to get under 160 and I just keep bouncing around; now I am finally at 161 and hope to see at least 159.9 by year's end...hang in there - slow and steady :)
