so here is yesterdays:
b - 3/4 cut of uncle sams cerceal...(this is nasty stuff) and 12oz of skim milk with 1 tsp of choc nsa...
s - celery with peanut butter l - left over steak with tomato adn bean mix s - peach and cheese stix d - parm crusted fish with coleslaw (husband had big bowl of veggies steamed) s - fudgesicle
and lots of water...did not count how much

Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
