Exactly. Slow and steady is the pattern you want.

Some days I just want it all gone! But I have to remind myself that Rome wasn't built in a day and if I crash diet, I lose, but I end up losing the battle in the end. Thank you for the encouragement!

It's a lifestyle change. Do the work, be honest with yourself, and please be patient. You're on your way!

nice Wallisrox...a drop is still a drop...you are moving in the right direction- one step closer to your goal & one step further from where you used to be. remember to always celebrate all victories - big and small. try not to focus only on the scale...sometimes you might find that your body shape is changing as well as your clothes getting loose.FiveTwoCowboy is soooooo right...its a lifestyle change not a "diet/phase"... slow and steady usually works better...just keep at it, take it a day at a time and you can do it!
