My body seems to be working through whatever has been wrong lately. I dropped 4.5 lbs in a couple of days. I think from here I should be able to see a steady weight loss.
76.4 kg Lost so far: 14.3 kg.    Still to go: 8.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
