Friday...
Rode 26.2 miles today at a pace of 12mph. The temps starting out was about 32 but warmed up to about 54. It was a 16 miles group ride but when we got back it was so nice out that I decided to ride down to meet my husband for lunch and then ride back up the Custis hills giving me more miles and a little hills training on the side!!
75.9 kg Lost so far: 5.7 kg.    Still to go: 10.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
