Once again, "Whatevs, you wonky scale. I am done trying to predict what you will say each morning because clearly you like to keep my guessing!" Thrilled with the green arrow, but I am learning that it is all relative. I cannot let my mood each day be ruled by this number. I need to focus on how I feel, how my clothes fit, how I look in the mirror. I am doing well on all three accounts so need to focus on that when I undoubtedly see a red arrow again tomorrow. LOL. Happy Wednesday, my dearest buddies!
61.7 kg Lost so far: 6.7 kg.    Still to go: 0.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

"Data, not self-worth..." That's all it is, but I know it's easier said than done. Try to remind yourself of that every morning, and keep in mind that- as women - we fluctuate naturally. I advise my clients to pay no attention to the daily arrows, and - instead - create a chart of your own based on weekly averages. You are smart to weigh daily, and it will definitely pay off- even in terms of preventing gain. :) Sorry - just saw your post and I couldn't resist commenting. This is my area of research and practice. :)

I appreciate the reply, Shoplaur! This is all stuff I know, and often post to others here on FS. But crazy how I have a hard time remembering it for myself when I see that little red arrow!! LOL I will make a chart for my weekly stats... great idea to get a more complete picture.... thanks. :)
