An old rotator cuff injury flared up a couple of weeks ago and was playing havoc with my exercise schedule. As a result, my weigh-ins have been inconsistent, to say the least, and haven't felt like reporting. I've been yoyoing between 243 and 248 for about the same time. I started wearing a shoulder brace to work everyday instead of a couple times a week. I tried to go back to my routine on Monday but that didn't work. The day before yesterday, I decided to eliminate everything that might put a strain on my shoulder, it didn't leave much. So, yesterday morning I decided to ditch exercise altogether and just went for a jog in the park with the dog. She wasn't thrilled, because I didn't want to stop and sniff everything, but managed to put in a decent half hour in the cool dawn air. Today my weight was finally on the downward trend again, And, I'm less than 2 pounds from my current goal weight. Hopefully I can keep this going.
109.7 kg Lost so far: 24.6 kg.    Still to go: 21.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
