Did pretty well on Thanksgiving. Ate my holiday meal at a local restaurant, and it was divine. Had a small piece of pecan pie. Then drank several beers and had McDonalds as a late night snack. Not too shabby for a cheat day/holiday.

Had a trip and fall situation later that stubbed my toe, and hurt my calf/Achilles pretty badly. It has been a chronic problem before, but now I hurt it pretty bad. Now I am concerned about my walking program. Definitively need a few weeks off from that, so watching what I eat will be more important. Luckily, I have many good video games to play.
116.0 kg Lost so far: 6.0 kg.    Still to go: 32.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Aw, that sucks... being set out of the game like that. You're right, luckily you have other things to occupy your mind. I am generally bad at working out in any kind of way, and I can testify that it's not all about exercise (though it DOES help). Happy belated thanksgiving, my friend.

Thanks Kingkeld! I had a friend tell me that its 80% what you eat, and 20% what you do.. so I am relying on that to stay positive. Clearly your results echo the same idea, so thanks for that too! I did get my Omron sensor scale in, so I will be switching to that this week. Looking forward to getting baseline data in there.
