Gotta burn off this Thanksgiving weight gain! Yikes!
91.6 kg Lost so far: 2.7 kg.    Still to go: 5.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

You can do it!! I imagine is is mostly water weight...plus, men are lucky...you can put on muscle bulk easy and lose quicker than women...I bet you will have that off in no time!
