Since the surgery, I have been having trouble with # 2 and the Dr. told me to take in lot's of fiber and to stay away from laxatives, the trouble is I fill up fast now after a few bites I am done.
In 2009 I was in the hospital for 2 months and before I went in I was a 3 1/2 pack a day smoker when I came out I avoided the temptation and today I am over 7 years smoke-free. Thank GOD for everything.
