Weight loss is coming along slow and steady. I'm literally keeping record of everything I eat which has been really helpful and it prevents me snacking since I know that I would have to record it if I do.
Portion control is something that I'm starting to really pay attention to. Using measuring cups when serving myself things rice, pasta, meat, sauces, etc has been EXTREMELY helpful. That way I know exactly how much I'm eating and I portion my food healthily. Hopefully I keep this habit up so that I can reach my weight goal.
