I have decided to go back to semi-low-carb combined with calorie counting with SOME intermittent fasting. My weight was pretty stable over the past few weeks compared the amount I was losing when I first started intermittent fasting. I hit a plateau and was just stuck. So this past week or so, I have been splurging and have decided I need to get back on track. My weight shows I have gained 3 pounds.. but I don't think it will stick when I go back to eating better again. Let's go!
