Yesterday's semi-fasting day worked well, today I'll try another one but having some celery for lunch.
No B12 this morning, just my usual 150IU of HCG
59.1 kg Lost so far: 2.8 kg.    Still to go: 6.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
