Saturday...
Rode with my husband today 18.7 miles to Burke Lake and back! We started off with a group but wanted to spend more time at the lake so we rode back by ourselves. It was another beautiful day in the mid 60's.
75.6 kg Lost so far: 6.1 kg.    Still to go: 9.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
