Looks like I have been forgetting to enter. I was 173 yesterday so no idea why 175.5 today.
79.6 kg Lost so far: 29.3 kg.    Still to go: 2.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Gaining 0.5 kg a Week

It could be something as simple as too much sodium the day before. So many factors influence our bodies water weight (our bodes are made up f 60% water). Exercise, medication, stress, lack of sleep, hormones, and many more all affect our bodies.
