I feel really lucky to have lost this much considering the crazy month I've had. Holiday is over as are the big occasions so now it's time to knuckle down again. I WILL beat this demon this year.
83 kg Lost so far: 12.3 kg.    Still to go: 23.1 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
