omg! i stepped on my scale twice this morning because i couldn't believe it! im so happy!
thanks to everyone encouragements not to give up. and advice.
69.3 kg Lost so far: 14.2 kg.    Still to go: 14.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
