Not eating well again. I will get my body back in the right shape. I will not feed in to my hunger. I will lose all that weight!! I got my chance to eat right. I am Asian overweight now. I am suppose to have no more than 22 bmi.
63.5 kg Lost so far: 4.5 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
