I did one hour 30 min of excercise. I think I lose a little bit of weight due to sweating. Also I am eating better today. However I may have pulled my inner thigh muscle while weight training. It may also be due to losing my left toe nail after standing all day at work.
59.9 kg Lost so far: 8.2 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
