I did 1 hour 25 min of intense exercise. I also went for a job interview in the afternoon. I am not binge eating sweets today. I had some in the morning. I still need to decrease the sweets and include more vegetables in my diet. I hope to not lose too much muscle or gain too much fat once. Those binge eats are due to working with foods all day and coming home to sweets from the fridge.
60.3 kg Lost so far: 7.7 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Way to go with the workout and all the luck with the job interview, I'll know you'll get the job. Yup, sweets are hard to resist but best solution is not be near any. I have a those mini-kitkats in my frig and had to dump it in order to resist the temptation.
