Uggh. I ate too much again. I need to work on my core too. I need to get a better workout and exercise regime. This officially starts with my next challenge. I will get better.

Be strong! Not easy sometime saying no to such a pleasure of life: food! Don't make yourself too hungry in the gym or it will be counterproductive. Best of luck!
