I might start in on the Mini challenge first of next week hitting the Bow-flex, that's enough cardio for me...LOL....................Exercise...Yuck!...Just give me more work!!..I get enough exercise doing that alone...The money would be nice to..LOL

My buddy's are doing well also..Steve lost 6 lbs and Tony hasn't chewed his nails...The goal is for none of us to loose the wager and owe the others the 200.00....and all of us be victorious. That's a win-win-win
91.1 kg Lost so far: 2.4 kg.    Still to go: 14.0 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
