I'm putting in yesterday's weigh-in. I know it's a big risk. I'll bounce up and down around 160 for a couple of weeks, especially if I keep eating the way I ate today. But I was so thrilled with the 160 that I think I want credit for it. Now I'll avoid the issue by not weighing in until next Tuesday.
