On April 14 I weighed 348.4 that's one week prior to having the laparoscopic sleeve surgery. Today I weighed in at 321.7 a loss of 26.7 lbs.

158.0 kg Lost so far: 0 kg. Still to go: 56.0 kg. Diet followed: Poorly.

Gaining 0.2 kg a Week
