Oh FINALLY!!!! I'm on the move downward again. I'm so happy! That was a long spell of staying the same weight. Now I have 10 days to lose 3 more pounds to make my goal on the mini challenge of "Losing 20 pounds by Thanksgiving." I think I can! I think I can!!
