Ok we have changed our diet plan from the Atkins based diet to the Ketogenic based nutritional lifestyle. As odd as that appears the recipes look awesome. I made the chai muffins and I am so excited to have them for breakfast tomorrow!!!
71.1 kg Lost so far: 12.3 kg.    Still to go: 3.1 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
