Anxiety and depression has creeped back over this weekend. I skipped a class on Friday because it was hard to get out of bed. as a result since it was such a hard contract to my high levels of happiness recently, my eating has been wonky. and I haven't recorded anything. my weight doesn't show it much but it makes me more conscious of the small things (even if it's irrational)
69.3 kg Lost so far: 6.0 kg.    Still to go: 12.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

How I eat sure impacts my mood. If you can, plan ahead what you're going to eat and try to keep that aspect of your life steady. While it may not be a total solution for your depression and anxiety, it surely won't hurt.
