Lost 1.4 lbs, ate normally (with one or two Starbucks lattes on the side), did some zumba and treadmill, sat most of the time as usual. I have a desk job and I love the Internet.
My waistline is stuck at 35.4 in. (90 cm), which is annoying. It increases the risk for cardiovascular disease. Since I take medication for hypertension (at only 40 years old), this is something I must watch. My medication seems to be working, because my blood pressure is fine (under 120/80 in the morning at home) - for the moment being.
Otherwise, life is good, since I am maintaining.
