Had a root canal on 11/9 and it wasn't too bad. Been laying off the bread and trying not to eat sweets. Still enjoying 2 vigorous walks a day. Feeling great in general.

71.4 kg Lost so far: 24.8 kg. Still to go: 3.4 kg. Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Losing 0.7 kg a Week

Coco, I'm glad you're feeling great. It sounds like you're on the right track. Be careful with that root canal until you get your permanent crown. I hate having teeth worked on. I'm glad it went well. Hugs!
