Well I guess a week in New Orleans with all those high calorie foods and drinking, didn't do too much damage. I think maybe all the walking helped or the one meal a day, even though that one meal was more than I am used to eating in an entire day. Well now, back to home and the routine until my next little next trip in May.
85.3 kg Lost so far: 5.4 kg.    Still to go: 5.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
