I went out to cycle Arpil 18th put in about 4 km. Next day I went 41 km and put myself on the scale this morning. Not a happy camper :( My husband says its muscle weight. My diet is the same, haven't increased anything so I'm going to think it's that.
Any of you see a jump in weight after working out? Let me know I'm curious how it all works. I want to say 3,000 calories per day I take in.
