First weigh in for some time. Have been eating like crap and generally not taking care of myself. Today I will try to start anew! Cut out sugar and simple grains as a start. Just milk in my coffee (no sugared creamer) and no croutons on my salad. Weigh in was with clothes so I'm probably just under 240. Still way over what I should be.
